Checklist
1.

Check schedule for both the Congregation and the Graduation Ceremony.

2.

Confirm attendance in AIMS by 11 October 2017 and get tickets for my guests.

3.

Check and update contact information in AIMS to ensure receiving tickets by mail.

4.

Download Congregation App (available in early October). Stay tuned with updated Congregation news.

5.

Get a set of academic dress. Check the CityU academic dress design to make sure that I get the right one.

6.

Collect award certificate. Clear any outstanding matters (e.g., library fines / student loans) beforehand. (Bachelor's and Associate Degree graduates with First Class Honours/Distinction will also get an honour cord.)

7.

Get familiar with the ceremony proceedings and venue information.

8.

Complete the Graduate Employment Survey (applicable to full-time CityU graduates) from early October.

9.

Complete the Academic Dress Rental Service Survey from early December.

10.

Checkout the alumni affinity program and services.

11.

Keep in touch with CityU through various social media platforms.
